Looking for an experienced and hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead EVIFY's technology strategy, product development, engineering operations and digital transformation. The role owns technology across the SaaS platform, Rider and Team Apps, AI-powered products, DMT and internal automation systems. Responsibilities: Define technology strategy and roadmap; lead development and scaling of Hive SaaS, Rider App, Team App and Hive Copilot; drive DMT and AI/data products; build automation across Operations, Finance, HR, Fleet and Marketing; ensure reliability, scalability, performance and security; lead architecture, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure and integrations; manage engineering teams, developers, vendors and consultants; establish code quality, documentation, testing, deployment and disaster recovery practices; build and mentor the technology team; work with leadership on technology and business objectives. Requirements: 7+ years software/product development with significant technical leadership; strong MERN expertise; React Native; REST APIs, architecture, databases and data modelling; AWS/cloud, DevOps and deployment; team/vendor management; AI/automation, data platforms or SaaS; security, scalability, monitoring and disaster recovery.
