QA Engineer – Electronics
Growth Heist
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer – Electronics / PCB / RF to ensure the quality and reliability of analog, digital and RF PCB assemblies.
The role involves inspection, quality control, documentation, process monitoring, root-cause analysis and coordination with design, production and testing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect PCBs For
Workmanship
Solder quality
Component placement and accuracy
Assembly defects
Verify PCB assemblies against drawings, BOMs, schematics and test documentation.
Perform SMT/THT PCB inspection and identify manufacturing defects.
Maintain quality records, inspection reports and non-conformance reports.
Investigate quality issues and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Monitor manufacturing and assembly processes for quality compliance.
Coordinate with design, production and test teams to resolve quality issues.
Support continuous improvement of inspection and quality-control processes.
Ensure adherence to relevant documentation, process and quality requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
Experience in PCB, electronics manufacturing or quality assurance.
Good understanding of SMT and THT processes.
Knowledge of common PCB defects and inspection methods.
Ability To Read
Schematics
BOMs
Engineering drawings
Manufacturing documentation
Strong attention to detail.
Good documentation and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional engineering and production teams.
Preferred
M.Tech qualification.
Experience with RF assemblies or RF PCB manufacturing.
Exposure to prototype manufacturing / R&D environments.
Familiarity with inspection and testing equipment.
