Job Summary:

Looking for a senior Microsoft Purview / Microsoft 365 Compliance Engineer with strong experience in Purview, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Information Protection, and enterprise support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Microsoft Purview, Sensitivity Labels, DLP, eDiscovery, Content Search, Records & Data Lifecycle Management.
• Troubleshoot encryption, protected documents, access, sharing, permissions, and collaboration issues.
• Support SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams administration.
• Handle incidents, RCA, escalations, and service requests.
• Use PowerShell for administration, automation, reporting, and remediation.
• Monitor service health, logs, alerts, and compliance policies.
• Create SOPs, runbooks, knowledge articles, and provide user training.
• Work with Security, Compliance, Engineering, and business teams.
