Job title: Site Supervisor – ELV Systems

About the Role

Looking for a Site Supervisor – ELV Systems to join a Master System Integrator (MSI) specializing in ELV and integrated building technology solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, manpower coordination, installation monitoring, quality control, and timely execution of ELV projects across industrial and commercial sectors.

The role requires practical knowledge of ELV systems including BMS, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA/VA, and IT Networking Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day ELV installation and execution activities at the project site.
• Ensure installation work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, method statements, and project standards.
• Monitor cable routing, dressing, termination, labeling, testing, and documentation.
• Maintain daily site progress records and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
• Track material availability, material consumption, installation progress, manpower deployment, and pending activities.
• Coordinate with the commissioning team for testing, commissioning, integration, and troubleshooting activities.
• Maintain daily progress reports, material records, installation checklists, inspection reports, and work completion records.
• Coordinate with site teams and ensure activities are completed within the planned project schedule.
• Monitor the quality of installation work and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of BMS, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA/VA, and IT Networking Systems.
• Ability to read and understand ELV drawings, layouts, wiring diagrams, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Good understanding of ELV installation practices, cable routing, termination, testing, and equipment installation.
• Good manpower handling and site coordination skills.
• Knowledge of site execution and project coordination processes.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to prepare and maintain daily site reports and project documentation.

Preferred Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in ELV, System Integration, Site Supervision, or Project Execution.
• Practical experience in ELV installation and site supervision.
• Experience in manpower coordination and handling site-level execution activities.
• Candidates with strong technical understanding and hands-on ELV project experience will be preferred.
