Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and support the Maximo CMMS platform to ensure effective manufacturing operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and enhancement of the Maximo system to meet evolving business and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with other Alcon plants to standardize CMMS processes and ensure consistent system implementation.
• Conduct user training sessions and develop, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Participate in governance meetings and contribute to the review and optimization of preventive maintenance programs.
• Support system implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable GxP validation practices and business requirements.

Skills Required:

• 4–7 years of relevant experience in CMMS implementation and support.
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM Maximo and CMMS applications.
• Proficiency in SQL for data management and reporting.
• Good understanding of Business Process Management and workflow configuration.
• Experience in system testing, implementation, and validation.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support business process improvements.

Good to Have:

• Experience in Inventory Management.
• Familiarity with GxP Validation Practices.
• Knowledge of application troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Understanding of maintenance management processes and preventive maintenance.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
