Operations Analyst – Business Excellence

The role

This role sits between analytics and operations. You'll own a core operational metric across every one of our kitchens: dig into the data to find what's driving it, work with the teams on the ground to fix it, and prove the fix worked. It's not a reporting job and it's not a pure ops job. You'll be measured on what actually changes in our kitchens.

What you'll do

• Own a key metric. Take end-to-end responsibility for improving one core operational KPI across all kitchens.
• Find the why in the data. Build the tracking, spot patterns and outliers, and turn analysis into clear actions, not just dashboards.
• Fix problems on the ground, remotely. Work closely with area managers and kitchen teams over calls, audits and store data to understand what's really happening and design practical solutions.
• Run pilots and scale fast. Test ideas in a few kitchens, measure the results properly, and roll out what works across the network.
• Standardize what works. Turn high-performing practices into simple SOPs and make sure they stick across locations.
• Work across teams. Partner with area managers, central teams and training to roll out changes and build capability at the store level.
• Keep raising the bar. Never settle for "this is how it's always been done."

What we're looking for

• Engineer from a reputed institute (IIT/NIT/BITS or similar), 1-4 years of experience.
• Strong analytical skills: comfortable with Excel/Sheets and SQL, and able to go from raw data to a clear recommendation.
• Exceptional problem-solving: you enjoy both math puzzles and messy real-world business problems.
• Near-perfect attention to detail.
• Ability to drive action through others: you can influence teams you don't manage, over calls and messages.
• Leadership in college (fests, clubs, placements, sponsorships) or strong extra-curricular involvement.
• Self-driven and accountable. Remote doesn't mean relaxed: this role needs high ownership in a high-intensity culture.

This is a hands-on role. You'll use data every day, but success is measured by what changes in our kitchens, not by dashboards or decks.
