Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for Microsoft Sustainability Manager and Dynamics 365 applications.
• Monitor system health, identify potential issues, and implement preventive measures and automated recovery solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical design specifications.
• Design, develop, and support scalable solutions across Microsoft platforms.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot data models, applications, and system integrations.
• Ensure seamless integration and efficient data flow across Microsoft technologies.
• Support application maintenance, issue resolution, and continuous system improvements.
• Implement and maintain data governance practices and responsible AI controls.

Skills Required:

• 4–7 years of relevant experience in Microsoft technology platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Sustainability Manager.
• Practical experience in Power Apps and Power BI.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Services.
• Good understanding of system integration, data modelling, and application support.
• Knowledge of data governance and responsible AI controls.
• Experience in L2/L3 support, troubleshooting, and application maintenance.

Good to Have:

• Experience with SQL and database management.
• Knowledge of endpoint maintenance and system integration.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
