Financial Accountant

Thane / Kalyan, Maharashtra (Hybrid)

Day shift, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST

₹22,500 to ₹60,000/month gross (by level), PF, ESIC and employer contributions on top

Tasks Expert is looking for an Accounting Executive to own Indian statutory compliance for our internal finance function. You'll work in a small, senior team with a direct line to the MD.

What you'll do

• Prepare and file GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and annual GSTR-9 returns on time using Zoho Books
• Compute TDS, generate Form 16/16A and file quarterly 24Q and 26Q returns via TRACES
• File company income tax returns and support advance tax, Form 3CD and tax audits
• Build financial reports, MIS dashboards and variance analysis in advanced Excel
• Reconcile GST ITC ledgers, vendor TDS certificates and bank statements every month
• Manage PF, ESIC, PT and ROC/MCA annual compliance

What we're looking for

• B.Com or equivalent degree in Commerce/Accounting
• Hands-on experience filing GST, TDS and ITR independently, not outsourced to a CA firm
• Strong Zoho Books skills (journal entries, tax setup, financial statements); Tally ERP is a plus
• Advanced Excel: VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, dashboards
• Clear written and spoken English, comfortable explaining numbers to the founder and auditors
• Full on-site at our Kalyan office during probation, hybrid after that

Every level has one fixed, published salary, the same for everyone:

Junior (1+ yrs): ₹22,500

Senior (3+ yrs): ₹30,000

Lead (5+ yrs): ₹40,000

Expert (6+ yrs): ₹50,000

Specialist (7+ yrs): ₹60,000

Your level is decided by verified experience and a 45-minute assessment. Growth comes from results, not opinions.
