Job Summary

This is a Generalist role working directly with the founding team to solve problems where we don’t yet have all the answers. You will understand the market from zero, spend time directly with customers on the ground, test new solutions, and help scale what works across different verticals and customer segments.

Where You’ll Create Impact

• Engage directly with business owners, managers, and finance teams across Bengaluru to uncover core accounting and financial challenges.
• Identify patterns and synthesize insights across customer conversations to determine what is worth building.
• Test early-stage product offerings and service models directly with prospective users in the field.
• Follow through end-to-end with early adopters to drive genuine product adoption and ongoing usage.
• Own key customer relationships and build operational playbooks to take validated solutions to scale.
• Adapt quickly across emerging focus areas—from restaurants to new customer segments, products, or partnerships.

Requirements

Must Have

• High agency and ability to take an ambiguous, undefined problem and determine actionable next steps.
• Strong self-drive and proactive ownership to follow up persistently without requiring reminders or micromanagement.
• Comfort and enthusiasm for meeting customers in person and listening deeply to understand real problems.
• Proven ability to close the loop: discovering customer problems, testing solutions, and getting them actively used.
• Open to freshers / recent graduates—curiosity, continuous self-improvement, and speed of execution matter more than prior experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust quickly with diverse business stakeholders.
  

Good to Have

• Conversational proficiency in Kannada to connect effectively with local business owners in Bengaluru.
• Prior experience in an early-stage startup, 0-to-1 initiative, field sales/operations, or campus leadership.
• Familiarity with the Indian SMB ecosystem, restaurants, retail, or basic business accounting workflows.
