Key Responsibilities

Responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance of NC/CNC grinders, Sealed Quench and Tempering Furnaces, Nitrogen Plant, and other plant equipment, ensuring minimum downtime, equipment reliability, and smooth production operations.
To attend breakdown, Preventive & Planned Maintenance NC, CNC Grinders, Sealed Quench Furnaces, Tempering Furnace, Nitrogen Plant
To Attend Breakdowns & Diagnoses faults on CNC, PLC, Drives & Conventional machines.
To Attend Basic breakdowns related to Pneumatic & hydraulic System
To Attend problems on instruments Temperature Controller etcSAP Maintenance Module & Spares / Store ManagementIATF DocumentationEHS DocumentationAwareness of CQI9

Job Requirements

Knowledge of Maintenance of of NC, CNC Grinders, Sealed Quench Furnaces, Tempering Furnace, Nitrogen Plant
Handling of Shift & Manpower Control
Diploma/Degree in Electrical /Mechanical Engineering with 5 to 8 yrs expKnowledge of Sealed Quench Furnace
