Job Title / Role: Functional Group Leader - Stamping Simulation

Education Qualification: Engineering (Full Time)
Required Experience: 10+ years
Provide leadership and guidance around Manufacturing feasibility from initial concept development through to factory launch, in the area of stampings
Key Responsibilities
Manage excellence in the forming simulation team
Deliver feasibility support to ensure designs meet manufacturing processes
Take responsibility to mentor, train and develop the AMEC team
Awareness of market trends and developments in order to influence and manage the future development of the team
Providing appropriate support and guidance to BIW and Closures teams
Work with other departments and functions as required forming simulations
Manage material matrix complexity
Key result measures / metrices
Deliver part feasibility reports
Deliver recommendations on solutions for solving stamping process issues
Provide blank size reports
Deliver blank optimisation reports
Deliver tooling die plans
