Business Development Executive (Tamil Nadu, Field Role)

Company Description LexDeed is an agentic AI-powered legal tech platform focused on property due diligence for Indian mortgage lending. As we expand, we're building a strong network of local partners on the ground, and we're looking for people who want to be part of that journey.

Role Description The Business Development Officer (Tamil Nadu, Field Role) is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai, responsible for driving growth and adoption of LexDeed’s property due diligence solutions across the region. Key responsibilities include-

• Identify and onboard local partners and associates across the property documentation and legal services ecosystem.
• Help build and maintain a network of local relationships and contacts relevant to our operations.
• Travel across assigned zones on a regular cycle.
• Support district-level mapping of practice, process variation and local requirements.
• Assist with partner onboarding and documentation.
• Report ground observations back to the operations team.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience. Freshers welcome.
• Fluency in Tamil, with working proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel 15 or more days a month.
• Exposure to property documentation, legal services or BFSI field sales is an advantage, not a requirement- we will train you on the rest.
• You will work closely with our operations team, with structured onboarding and on-the-job training.
