Senior Animator

We are looking for a Senior Animator who can bring creative ideas to life through engaging 2D/3D animation, motion graphics, and visual storytelling. The ideal candidate should have strong creative thinking, technical expertise, and the ability to independently manage projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 2D/3D animations, motion graphics, and video content based on creative briefs.
- Develop storyboards, visual concepts, and animation styles aligned with campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with the Creative, Design, and Marketing teams to deliver engaging visual content.
- Maintain brand consistency, visual quality, and attention to detail across projects.
- Manage projects, revisions, timelines, and deliverables independently.
- Mentor junior animators and review their work.
- Stay updated with the latest animation trends, tools, techniques, and industry practices.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in animation, motion graphics, or a related creative role.
- Strong experience in 2D/3D animation and motion design.
- Good understanding of visual storytelling, composition, timing, transitions, and animation principles.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and develop concepts independently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience working in an advertising, digital marketing, creative, or design agency is preferred.
- A strong portfolio showcasing animation and motion design work is required.
