Job Purpose :
'The Territory Manager is responsible for driving gold loan business across the assigned territory by developing and overseeing multiple sales channels. The role includes market expansion, lead generation and conversion (open market and digital), execution of regional marketing initiatives, and effective management of DST teams to achieve business volumes while ensuring portfolio quality and regulatory compliance.
Roles & Responsibilities:

- Drive digital lead conversion from SO App and other online platforms by ensuring timely outreach and structured follow-ups.
- Build and strengthen customer acquisition channels through open market activities, referrals, and local partnerships.
- Maintain discipline in lead management through timely follow-ups, quality interactions, and closure of pending and ageing leads.
- Regularly visit the market to build relationships, track competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular team briefings to review performance metrics, track progress, and align on business priorities.
- Own the achievement of monthly business targets including disbursements, revenue, and sourcing volumes for the branch/location.
- Ensure strong control on sourcing quality through proper documentation, accurate KYC, and adherence to compliance requirements.
- Monitor portfolio health by tracking collections performance and identifying early warning signals for risk.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales, productivity, lead status, marketing initiatives, and collections data.
- Report directly to the Area Sales Manager and work to achieve business objectives.
