Project/Product Manager

We’re looking for a Project/Product Manager to drive coordination across internal teams and external partners, with a strong focus on requirement gathering, documentation, and follow-through. You’ll be the connective tissue between stakeholders — translating requirements into clear documentation, keeping initiatives moving, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document requirements from internal and external stakeholders
- Write clear PRDs and user stories that engineering can act on
- Groom the backlog and support sprint planning using Agile/Scrum practices
- Coordinate partner and API integrations, working closely with technical teams
- Track project status, manage follow-ups, and proactively flag risks or blockers
- Lead and coordinate UAT cycles with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain thorough documentation of requirements, decisions, and workflows
- Manage day-to-day communication with internal teams and external partners/vendors
- Review analytics data (Mixpanel/Google Analytics) to inform prioritization discussions
- Review wireframes and design flows in Figma to ensure alignment with requirements
- Maintain project tracking and reporting using Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, or Asana
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent practical experience is welcome.
