Mobile App Tech Lead

We’re looking for a Mobile App Tech Lead to own the architecture, development, and maintenance of all our mobile applications while leading the team that builds them. This role combines hands-on technical ownership with people leadership — you’ll set technical direction, review code, and mentor and manage a team of mobile developers.
Responsibilities
- Own the architecture and technical roadmap for all Flutter mobile applications
- Define and enforce architecture patterns (Clean Architecture, MVVM) and state management standards (Bloc/Cubit, Riverpod, Provider, GetX)
- Lead integration of native modules and platform channels (Kotlin, Swift)
- Oversee REST/GraphQL API integrations and third-party services
- Drive Firebase implementation (Auth, FCM, Crashlytics, Analytics, Remote Config)
- Own CI/CD pipelines (Codemagic, Fastlane, GitHub Actions) and release management for Play Store and App Store
- Establish and enforce testing standards (unit, widget, integration)
- Monitor and improve app performance using Flutter DevTools
- Own mobile app security practices across the codebase
- Lead code reviews and enforce engineering best practices
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of mobile developers, including performance and career development
- Collaborate with product and design teams to plan and prioritize the mobile roadmap
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; equivalent practical experience is welcome.
