Join our Quality team to support QMS activities, quality compliance, change controls, deviations, rejection management, and quality review processes at the Pawane manufacturing site.
What To Expect
- Manage Change Controls including review, evaluation, execution, post-implementation checks, and closure tracking.
- Handle Deviations from review and evaluation through completion of recommended actions and closure.
- Manage material rejection activities , including SAP destruction notes, approval, and tracking until physical destruction.
- Prepare Inspection Plans for Semi-Finished Goods in SAP as required.
- Prepare and calculate Pawane Quality Index for QMS-related parameters on a monthly basis.
- Compile quality data for Monthly Quality Review Meetings, Monthly Presentations, and Quality Council Meetings .
- Monitor QMS-related SOPs for effectiveness and revision in line with regulatory requirements and process changes.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Good understanding of Change Control & Deviation Management
- Knowledge of GMP / Pharmaceutical Quality Systems
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Good analytical and documentation skills
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc. or relevant qualification
- Experience in Quality Assurance / QMS in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in handling Change Control, Deviations, SOPs, Rejections and Quality Reviews preferred
