- Regional: Responsible for providing strategic leadership to Construction Executions by working with the Head of Global Construction - India and other Management Team members to execute projects successfully within budgeted cost and time in India . Also responsible for development of competencies of the department
- Global: Global Roles at this level are responsible for supporting strategic directive to Global Business Function - Construction by working with Department Head of various regions

- Support Unit & Section Heads in driving Strategic leadership development at Regional Implementation Hub - Construction
- Attract workshare activities for better utilization of resources and competencies within department.
- Align corporate strategies, philosophies and ethics in construction organization.
- Ensue HSE compliance and demonstrate commitment and visible HSE leadership towards developing inter-dependent Safety culture for achieving zero harm.
- Responsible for all construction related activities like construction engineering, technical and commercial proposals for construction work, subcontracting, quality , Health Safety and Environment, Site supervision and client interface for construction activities.
- Develop the construction management procedures and practices in association with global construction .
- Meet the needs of LE worldwide projects for construction engineering & construction management services.
- Define & implement construction strategies / philosophy in an EPC project environment with highest safety and quality standards and strict adherence to project cost and timelines.
- Ability to draw a construction execution, quality , HSE plan and its effective implementation.
- Enhance quality and HSE standards at operational level.
- Responsible for maintaining Lesson Learnt (LL) and actions thereafter for future projects.
- To improve or meet the KPIs required for projects and departments.
- Identify and suggest mitigation plans in risk review meetings.
- To identify and provide various resource required for various projects.
- Develop construction management skills appropriate for LE portfolio through on job and off job training.
- Develop and maintain construction quality competencies within the Linde Group.
- Cater to the needs of LE worldwide projects for construction quality services.
- Developing plans for recruitment and develop team members in the expert areas, including succession plan.
- Develop and contribute in development of quality processes and procedures
- Align corporate strategies, philosophies and ethics in construction organization.
- Detail knowledge of his/her department and working of EPC, EPSS and EP projects.
- Have vision and forth sight to plan for department's development and growth.
- Fully conversant with installation of mechanical equipment, piping, painting, insulation, passive fire protection, and refractory. Should be also conversant with interdisciplinary knowledges (Civil, Structural steel etc.)
- Worked in full project cycle of min. 100 million USD Project
- In depth knowledge of working at home office tasks with expert level competencies in Mechanical and Civil.
