Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Audit Executive to assist with statutory, internal, concurrent, and manufacturing audits. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting and auditing, basic knowledge of taxation and statutory compliance, and the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Audit & Assurance
- Assist in statutory, internal, concurrent, and manufacturing audits.
- Perform audit procedures including vouching, verification, scrutiny, and documentation.
- Verify accounting records, invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and supporting documents.
- Assist in manufacturing audits covering purchases, inventory, production, expenses, and financial records.
- Conduct concurrent audit activities and report discrepancies to seniors.
- Prepare audit working papers, supporting schedules, and audit documentation.
- Assist in identifying discrepancies and preparing audit observations.
Accounting & Compliance
- Perform ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliation, and basic financial analysis.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Review financial records and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with clients and respective departments to obtain required information and documents.
- Ensure audit assignments are completed accurately within defined timelines.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Basic to strong knowledge of Accounting, Auditing, and Taxation.
- Good understanding of GST and TDS.
- Knowledge of Concurrent Audit and Manufacturing Audit will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and client coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Willingness to learn and handle multiple audit assignments.
Qualification & Experience
- CA qualification is mandatory.
- Fresher to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates with prior CA Firm experience will be preferred.
- Exposure to statutory, internal, concurrent, or manufacturing audits will be an advantage.

- Capable of working under deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
