Experience : Minimum 5–10 years of experience in healthcare sales, business development,

patient referral management, or a related field.

Role Overview : The role is responsible for driving patient referrals and revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with treating doctors, referral doctors, hospitals and other healthcare stakeholders. The position will focus on increasing In-patient volumes through

structured referral development, market outreach and targeted marketing initiatives. The role will also work closely with the Centre Head and Corporate Marketing team to identify new referral opportunities and implement effective strategies for business growth.

Job Description ;

 Develop and maintain a strong network of doctors and healthcare professionals across Bangalore for patient referrals.

 Drive patient referrals and increase In-patient admissions across centres.

 Generate business by creating awareness about company continuum care, rehabilitation and recovery services.

 Build and maintain strong one-to-one relationships with treating doctors, referral doctors, hospitals and other referral sources.

 Identify new referral opportunities and develop new channels for patient acquisition.

 Plan and execute doctor visits, referral meetings, hospital tie-ups, awareness programmes and other marketing activities.

 Develop and implement territory-wise sales and referral strategies to maximise market reach.

 Regularly track referral leads, conversions, admissions and revenue generated from referral channels.

 Work closely with Centre Heads, Medical, Nursing, Therapy and Marketing teams to ensure smooth conversion and patient onboarding.

 Gather market intelligence and competitor information to identify opportunities for business growth.

 Work with the Head of Department to conceptualise and implement new business development initiatives.

 Ensure a consistent and professional representation of company services while engaging with external stakeholders.
