Senior Systems Engineer - RabbitMQ administrator

RabbitMQ administrator :
- Should have minimum 5 to 8 years' working experience in RabbitMQ (Exchanges, Queues, Bindings, Routing Keys, VHosts, Users, Permissions).
- Experience in RabbitMQ administration and production support.
- Hands on experience with RabbitMQ upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities.
- Good troubleshooting skills for connectivity issues, queue buildup, consumer/publisher issues, memory/disk alarms, and cluster related problems.
- Experience in MQ 9.x and 8.x administration is added advantage.
- Ability to perform log analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and recommend preventive actions.
- Understanding of High Availability, Clustering, SSL/TLS, and Load Balancer integrations.
- Good Linux and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
- Working experience in RMQ Software upgrade/migration on Linux/Windows platform.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple application teams, gather and analyze technical requirements.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Experience in handling on the below issues:
- RabbitMQ node failures/outages.
- Queue growth and message backlog issues.
- Cluster synchronization problems.
- Memory or disk threshold degradation alarms.
- SSL/certificate related connectivity issues.
- Performance and application connectivity issues.
- Knowledge of WMQ administration experience and MehsIQ ( Nastel)
- Experienced in Scripting/Automation of the MQ activities.
- Experienced in MQ capacity analysis and performance analysis.
- Experienced in setting up monitoring for MQ.
- Linux administration.
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancer).
- Shell scripting basics.
- Monitoring tools such as Grafana, Zabbix, Elastic search.
Should have minimum 5 8 years' working experience in RMQ Version 3v and 4v administration.
Educational Qualification:
BE/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent
