Admin Executive

- Vendor Management:
- Regularly coordinate, contact, and communicate with external vendors and service providers.
- Maintain follow-ups for supplies, deliverables, bills, and service agreements to ensure uninterrupted office operations.
- Task Management & Tracking :
- Prepare, assign, and update daily/weekly task lists on software for team members.
- Monitor task progress, track deadlines, and ensure seamless internal workflow coordination.
- Calendar & Meeting Management:
- Schedule calendars, arrange internal/external meetings, and set up conference rooms or virtual links.
- Send out timely meeting reminders, manage rescheduling requests, and handle leadership schedules.
- General Administrative Support:
- Manage front-desk operations, handle incoming calls, emails, and direct visitors/clients appropriately.
- Maintain office inventory, stationery, and equipment, ensuring timely reordering.
- Assist internal teams with documentation, data entry, and basic reporting tasks aligned with company standards.
- Support HR and management in organizing company events, internal communications, and onboarding formalities.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, or equivalent preferred).
- Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in administration, office coordination, or a related role (freshers with exceptional organizational skills can apply).
- Communication Skills (Must-Have): Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to professionally interact with internal teams, management, and external vendors.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with productivity tools (MS Office, Google Workspace) and basic knowledge of HR/Admin software is a strong plus.
