Job Description

As an AI Engineer, you will help teams apply artificial intelligence to real engineering and business workflows with a focus on rapid prototyping, validation, reuse, and production adoption. Working directly with client engineering leads, you will independently shape solutions, build reusable agentic frameworks, and streamline engineering workflows.

What Will Your Role Look Like

Develop SDLC agents and construct a reusable skills and instructions library.
Implement agent-assisted PR reviews, development, testing, and related engineering workflows.
Codify reusable prompts, skills, patterns, and implementation knowledge.
Support Databricks Lakehouse automation where AI genuinely adds value.
Contribute to credit-risk AI extensions as mature opportunities arise.
Work directly with client engineering leads to shape solutions independently.

We Would Like You To Bring Along

Strong foundation in Python and application engineering.
Hands-on experience with GenAI and agentic development.
Solid understanding of APIs, data integration, Git/CI-CD, and cloud application architecture.
Familiarity with Azure for cloud and Databricks or Snowflake for big data.
Comfort working with Claude Code or Copilot using spec-driven development.
Proven ability to work directly with client engineering leads and independently shape solutions.
Strong product judgment on when to use automation, agents, or conventional engineering.
