- Extend the pagination and Bates architecture to handle new export targets and page geometries
- Design the index generation model so tier structure, page ranges and citations stay consistent by construction
- Build regression suites against reference binders exceeding 1,400 pages
- Work directly with the evidentiary research team to translate criteria packs into assembly rules
- 6+ years building document processing or structured-data systems in production
- Deep familiarity with PDF internals — pagination, bookmarks, annotations, linearisation
- A demonstrable bias toward deterministic implementations over probabilistic ones where correctness matters
- Comfort reading regulatory text and turning it into precise rules
- Experience in legal technology, e-discovery or regulated document workflows
- Familiarity with OCR pipelines and multilingual document handling
