Requirements

Must-Have Skills:
• 5+ years of ServiceNow SAM experience
• Strong hands-on experience in SAM Pro
• Software Asset Lifecycle & License Management
• License Compliance & Reconciliation
• Software Entitlement, Normalization & License Metrics
• CMDB & ITAM processes
• JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts & Script Includes
• Flow Designer / Workflows
• REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub & MID Server
• End-to-End SAM Implementation / Migration
• CSA Certification – Mandatory

Good to Have: CIS-SAM, HAM/ITAM, Discovery, CMDB, CSDM, FinOps
