- Thoroughly study drawings and work schedule.
- Study and understand work procedures, quality control check list and execute in accordance.
- Study and understand safe work practices and housekeeping and execute in accordance.
- Monitor contractor’s manpower of all discipline by start of duty hour daily indicating any shortfall.
- Supervise and control all aspects of construction activities in accordance with checklist.
- To ensure completion of all the activities as per work plan.
- Preparation of daily report.
- To prepare issue slip.
- To maintain records of issued / consumed quantity.
- After receipt of drawing study, ensure required details are available.
- Prepare note of missing details within 3 days.
- Compiling Weekly and Monthly Reports.
- Prepare and submit construction MIS Reports after due authorization to management on construction progress.
