Field Sales Executive

About the company: We are currently hiring for DocyLis and it's a brand of Synapticon AI.

DocyLis is a fast-growing healthcare technology company and a brand of Synapticon AI. We give clinics an AI receptionist that answers their phone calls in Hindi and English, books appointments and sends patients a WhatsApp confirmation — so a busy clinic stops losing patients to missed calls.

The role:

We are hiring Field Sales Executives to bring DocyLis to clinics and doctors in their city. You will meet doctors in person, show them the receptionist on a live call, and help each clinic get set up and running. You will report directly to the founder.

What you'll do:

- Visit clinics every day — general physicians, dentists, skin, child-care and women's health clinics.

- Show the product on a live call, right there in the clinic.

- Sign clinics up and help them get running on the day they say yes.

- Stay close to each new clinic through its first weeks so it becomes a paying customer.

- Keep your clinics and follow-ups up to date in your DocyLis portal.

What we're looking for:

- 1–5 years of field sales experience — pharma, medical devices, diagnostics or healthcare software is a strong plus.

- Comfortable walking into a clinic and asking for five minutes of a doctor's time.

- Confident in Hindi and English; your local language is a plus.

- Ready to be in the field every day, with your own smartphone and a way to travel across your city.

- Graduate in any discipline.
