Handle end-to-end recruitment for internal hiring requirements

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job groups, references, networking & other unpaid/organic channels
Strong preference for candidates who can generate profiles through free sourcing methods
Screen candidates and conduct initial HR discussions
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate pipelines, follow-ups and recruitment trackers
Ensure timely closures against assigned hiring requirements
Build and maintain a strong talent pool for recurring positions What We’re Looking For 1+ year of relevant recruitment experience Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills Good communication and follow-up abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements Hands-on experience with organic/unpaid candidate sourcing preferred
