- Execute onboarding, documentation, confirmation, and offboarding processes

- HR Operations & Compliance :
- Manage attendance, leave, and employee data administration.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and people processes.
- Identify process deviations and support corrective actions.
- Maintain discipline and consistency in HR operations across teams.
- HR Systems & Documentation :
- Maintain HR trackers, records, templates, and operational documents.
- Ensure all information remains updated, structured, and audit-ready.
- Improve process documentation to reduce dependency on individuals.
- Support continuous improvement of HR systems and workflows.
- Data Visibility & Reporting :
- Maintain accurate people data and operational reports.
- Provide leadership with reliable visibility into key people metrics.
- Ensure timely reporting of recruitment, attendance, employee lifecycle, and HR operations data.
- Highlight risks, delays, and process gaps proactively.
- Performance & Execution Tracking :
- Ensure daily reporting and execution tracking systems operate consistently.
- Maintain visibility of execution gaps and follow-up requirements.
- Support leaders with accurate operational information for decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Coordination :
- Work closely with leadership, finance, and team leads.
- Ensure alignment across people-related processes.
- Reduce operational friction through proactive communication and follow-through.
- Support organization-wide consistency in execution. What Success Looks Like :
