Mission of the Role

To oversee and optimize agri-business operations by delivering safe, compliant, efficient, and customer-focused services that support Cotecna's strategic and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Ensuring seamless execution of agri-inspection and certification activities.
Managing operational teams, surveyors, and field resources effectively.
Maintaining compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Monitoring service quality, turnaround times, and operational performance.
Optimizing operational costs and resource utilization.
Supporting business growth through excellent customer service and stakeholder management.
Driving continuous improvement, safety, and risk management initiatives.

Qualifications, Experience And Technical Skills

Minimum 20 years’ experience in rice/ agri commodities inspection/operations; Qualification: Graduate.
