Job Purpose/ Summary
The CFO is responsible for the overall financial strategy, planning, and management of the organization. Oversees finance, accounting, treasury, risk management, investor relations, and compliance, ensuring alignment with business objectives, sustainable growth, and regulatory adherence. Acts as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board in driving business performance.

The CFO oversees all financial activities of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, risk management, and compliance. Provides strategic financial advice to the CEO and Board, ensures efficient capital allocation, monitors financial performance, and drives growth and profitability initiatives.

Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies that align with the organizations business goalsbrOversee the finance accounting treasury tax and audit functions to ensure efficient financial operationsbrMonitor cash flow capital structure and investment planning to optimize financial performancebrEnsure compliance with statutory regulatory and corporate governance requirements to uphold legal and ethical standardsbrLead the budgeting forecasting and financial performance monitoring processes to support informed decisionmakingbrAdvise the CEO and Board on strategic financial decisions to drive business growth and sustainabilitybrManage relationships with investors banks and financial institutions to secure favorable financial terms and partnershipsbrDrive initiatives for cost optimization risk mitigation and financial efficiency to enhance organizational profitabilitybrExperience in handling audit committee and board meetings ensuring effective communication and decisionmakingbrManage stakeholders such as the Board bankers and auditors to maintain transparency and trust in financial reporting
