Copilot Studio Developer
Role Summary
Seeking an experienced Copilot Studio Developer to design, build, deploy, and support AI-powered copilots and agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Power Platform. The role involves developing enterprise conversational AI solutions, integrating with business systems and knowledge sources, and ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise-grade Copilot Studio agents and conversational experiences.
- Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and citation-based responses.
- Integrate Copilot Studio with SharePoint, Teams, REST APIs, Power Automate, enterprise knowledge repositories, and external data sources.
- Build Power Automate workflows, custom connectors, and Dataverse integrations.
- Define AI architecture, guardrails, governance controls, and role-based experiences.
- Collaborate with business, product, UX, data, and development teams.
- Support deployments across Dev, Test, UAT, and Production environments.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain technical documentation.

Experience Requirements:-
Mandatory
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of software development or enterprise application experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on Microsoft Copilot Studio experience.
- Experience building production-grade conversational AI solutions.
- Experience integrating Copilot Studio with enterprise systems and APIs.
- Strong Power Platform expertise.
Preferred
- Experience in regulated industries.
- Experience with document-based knowledge repositories.
- Experience with grounded AI and citation-enabled solutions.
- Experience working in global enterprise environments
