Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment for AI, ML & Deep-Tech roles
- Source niche talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, job portals & passive networks
- Partner with technical hiring managers and understand complex requirements
- Screen candidates for genuine technical/project experience
- Build strong talent pipelines and manage candidate engagement

Ideal Candidate
- 3–7 years of recruitment experience with strong AI/ML/Deep-Tech hiring exposure
- Good understanding of AI/ML technologies and technical profiles
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
- Comfortable hiring niche, difficult-to-find technology talent
- Curious about emerging technologies and able to speak confidently with technical candidates
