Senior Trainer – Python Full Stack & Generative AI

We are hiring for one of our clients, a technology talent development company, to deliver industry-focused training at a partner university campus.

Location: Chennai – On-site

Experience: 5–8 years

CTC: ₹10–20 LPA

Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours: 9 AM–6 PM

Joining: Immediate preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programmes in Python, AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data Science and Automation.
• Develop course content, hands-on labs, capstone projects and assessments.
• Conduct workshops, hackathons and live demonstrations to build practical skills.
• Mentor students on real-world projects and platforms such as Kaggle, HackerRank and LeetCode.
• Evaluate assessments, provide feedback and track student learning outcomes.
• Manage cloud resources and promote responsible use of AI tools.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8 years of hands-on industry experience in Python, FastAPI and full stack development using Django or Single Page Applications.
• At least 2 years of AI development experience using LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of RAG, Agentic AI and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Experience with cloud deployment, resource provisioning and cloud native application development.
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, relational databases, system design and design patterns.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript and React, Angular or Vue.js.
• Proven technical training experience, including curriculum development, project mentoring and competency-based assessments.

Preferred: NoSQL experience, AI/ML certifications and experience leading AI learning or transformation initiatives.
