About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Civil Engineering graduates who are willing to learn and build their careers in Construction Technology. The role involves visiting construction sites, capturing site data using 3D scanning equipment, coordinating with on-site teams, and uploading the collected data to the designated platform. The candidate should have good communication skills, take ownership of assigned tasks, and ensure timely completion of work.

Responsibilities

• Visit construction sites and perform 3D scanning of designated construction areas.
• Capture site data and ensure all required scans and information are collected accurately.
• Upload scanned files, site photographs, and other relevant information to the designated platform.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and labourers to complete scanning activities.
• Communicate with on-site labourers and explain the requirements to ensure smooth execution of assigned activities.
• Collect and share relevant site inputs, observations, and updates with the internal team.
• Ensure all assigned site activities are completed within the given timelines.
• Follow the scanning process and guidelines provided by the technical team.
• Identify and report any site-related challenges or discrepancies to the reporting manager.
• Maintain proper records of site visits, scanned data, and daily work updates.

Skillsets

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
• Fresh graduates with 0–1 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Graduates from reputed/top Civil Engineering colleges preferred.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and the local language (Gujarati).
• Basic understanding of construction activities and site operations.
• Willingness to work at construction sites and interact with labourers and site teams.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to upload and manage files.
• Strong willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
• Good coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities and complete tasks on time.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and grow.

Good to Have

• Internship or academic project experience involving construction sites.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or other civil engineering tools.
• Familiarity with 3D scanning, LiDAR, or construction technology (not mandatory).
