MES Engineer

Engineer to support and enhance manufacturing operations through the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of MES solutions. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring production continuity, system reliability, compliance, and operational excellence within a regulated manufacturing environment.

The MES Engineer will collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Engineering, and IT teams to deliver robust MES solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, compliance, and data integrity across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

MES System Development & Support

Design, configure, develop, and implement Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions to support manufacturing operations.
Maintain and enhance MES functionality to meet evolving business and operational requirements.
Support system integrations with enterprise platforms such as ERP, SAP, and other manufacturing systems.
Manage MES configuration, modeling, and controlled system changes.

Production Support & Troubleshooting

Provide hands-on support for production-impacting MES issues.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve MES-related incidents using structured root cause analysis methodologies.
Implement temporary workarounds when necessary while driving permanent corrective actions.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
