Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on, responsible and growth-oriented DevOps Engineer with approximately 1–2 years of experience who is interested in building strong practical expertise in Linux, Docker, CI/CD, server management, deployment automation, security, monitoring and infrastructure management.
GwayERP and ThiranERP are growing rapidly, and we are preparing our infrastructure and deployment processes to support an increasing number of ERP implementations and frequent application releases.
The selected candidate will work closely with the development, QA and technical teams to maintain the existing environments, improve the current infrastructure, automate repetitive activities, strengthen security, improve documentation and progressively build a reliable deployment ecosystem.
This role is ideal for someone who has a good foundation in DevOps and is willing to learn deeply, take responsibility, research solutions independently and grow into larger infrastructure and DevOps responsibilities.
The candidate does not need to know everything from day one.

The candidate will help establish a standardized deployment process such as:

The infrastructure is being prepared for a future requirement of approximately:
20–30+ deployments per day
The candidate will work with technical team members and developers to understand this requirement and progressively improve the deployment architecture.

- Standardizing client deployment procedures.
- Supporting parallel deployment where appropriate.
