- Years of Experience: 3–6 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
- Agile/Scrum Experience: Candidates should have at least an intermediate-level understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and should be capable of effectively driving and coordinating the team.
- Business Analysis & Domain Experience:
- Strong knowledge of Business Analysis concepts, techniques, and best practices.
- Should have experience taking end-to-end ownership of requirements throughout the SDLC, from requirement gathering and analysis through implementation and delivery.
- Experience working on enterprise applications (Finance, Quality, Supplier, Manufacturing related applications) would be an added advantage.
- Certifications:
- Any Agile/Scrum certification is preferred.
- Generative AI-related certifications would be an added advantage.
- CCBA certification would be good to have.
- Technical Skills: Candidates should have a basic understanding of the following to interpret with developers:
- APIs and integrations
- Frontend and backend concepts
- Databases
- Servers
- Master data and configuration management
- Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management
- Crisis management and leadership skills
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and situations
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Good team coordination and collaboration skills
- Strong email communication and documentation skills
