About the Role:

The role is a primary fact-finder for our internal investigations team. In this role, you will focus strictly on gathering evidence, conducting interviews, and organizing data so our team can make informed decisions. We are looking for candidates with backgrounds in Journalism, Psychology, or Investigations because this role requires a natural curiosity, the ability to read human behavior, and a talent for asking the right questions.

What You Will Do:

• Evidence Gathering: Collect, organize, and securely store evidence for ongoing corporate investigations.
• Employee Interviews: Conduct preliminary interviews with employees to gather facts. Ask objective, neutral questions to understand exactly what happened.
• Stakeholder Follow-up: Reach out to internal teams and external partners to track down missing information and ensure case files are complete.
• Data & Fraud Review: Organize data related to suspicious activity.
• Online Research: Review social media and online platforms to monitor and triage sensitive escalations to appropriate POC/investigator.
• Report Writing: Turn interview notes and raw data into clear, unbiased, and highly accurate written summaries.

What We Are Looking For:

• Background: A degree or practical experience in Journalism, Psychology, Criminology, or Investigations.
• Interviewing Skills: You are comfortable talking to people, asking probing follow-up questions, and staying neutral during difficult conversations.
• Research Skills: You are relentless about finding the truth and comfortable digging through databases, social media, and documents to find it.
• Confidentiality: You have absolute integrity and can be trusted with highly sensitive corporate information.
• Clear Writing: You can write concise, fact-based reports without letting personal bias or emotions get in the way.
• Hard Skills: Fact-checking, digital/social media research, and drafting unbiased, audit-ready reports.
• Soft Skills: Objective questioning, active listening, and the ability to remain neutral during sensitive conversations. Multilingual ability.
