About Flatscanner

Flatscanner (flatscanner.ai) helps people renting in Bangalore check a flat before they visit. Paste any listing and get a Flat Score: real commute time, rent against the area median, what's within 1 km, and the red flags brokers won't mention. People with a room can post it free, and we send it to people already looking nearby.

What you'll do

• Run our Instagram and WhatsApp Channel: new rooms as they're posted (scored, and shared with the poster's OK), stories with links, and 2–3 reels a week, like "Is this rent fair?" or "What ₹20k gets you in HSR vs Bellandur".
• Run small Meta campaigns for people with a room to let and people looking, within a few km of our areas. Every ad gets its own tracking link. Each week you read the numbers and switch off what isn't working.
• Draft LinkedIn posts.
• Find and brief 3–4 Bangalore creators for small paid collaborations.

You

• Have run Meta ads yourself in Ads Manager, not just "Boost post". Any budget counts.
• Make reels and carousels that look clean, in Canva, CapCut or whatever you use.
• Write short, plain English (Hinglish where it fits).
• Bonus: you've hunted for a flat or flatmate here recently.

How we work

• Real listings only, shared with the poster's OK. No fake reviews, bought followers, engagement pods or AI photos of flats.
• We judge the work on rooms posted and people signing up, not likes, and you see those numbers every week.
