About the Role:

This role will supports the performance, reporting, and controlling function through advanced financial analysis and performance management, with a core focus on cost reduction. The role delivers actionable strategic insights to enable high-performance sourcing.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and evaluate monthly category-wise performance reports with a deep understanding of category spend drivers, providing clear commentary for key variances
  • Supporting in preparation of strategic presentations for Group Exco and Head of Procurement ensuring high quality with error free input
  • Closely working with Category managers on Global price benchmarking to uncover cost optimization opportunities and empower strategic supplier negotiations
  • Perform various analysis (Purchase price variances, Benchmarking, Best cost country, Price over cost etc.) and furnish relevant intelligence on Key Suppliers to support Cat.Managers
  • Coordinate with the Procurement tools team for the continuous improvement of procurement tools and providing required support the implementation of new digital tools
  • Ensure the implementation, application and enforcement of controls throughout the Procurement process in collaboration with Internal Control
  • Responsible for the Global Procurement Policy and its communication & implementation


Education Qualification and work experience:

  • Chartered Accountant having +5 years of post qualification experience
  • Complementary studies or certifications in Supply Chain Management


Technical and Behavioral Skills:

  • Strong, hands-on expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Experience using Google Workspace tools alongside visualization platforms like QlikSense.
  • Strong time-management skills with a proven track record of consistently meeting tight deliverables and project deadlines under pressure
  • Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working seamlessly across global, cross-functional teams Positive, solution-oriented attitude paired with a continuous growth mindset and an eagerness to learn and adapt
