US Tax Manager/Senior - Business & Individual Tax

Timing: 02:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Job Description:

• Manage and review U.S. business and individual tax returns.
• Prepare and handle U.S. tax compliance engagements.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with CCH Axcess for U.S. tax compliance and return preparation/review.
• Review tax work prepared by associates and seniors for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and review tax workpapers, supporting schedules, and tax adjustments.
• Handle complex U.S. tax compliance and research matters.
• Identify tax issues and provide appropriate technical guidance.
• Perform tax research and resolve routine technical issues.
• Coordinate with managers/reviewers and resolve review points.
• Work directly with U.S. CPA firms and clients as required.
• Support international tax engagements where applicable.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned engagements.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.
• Maintain strong documentation and follow established tax processes.
• Apply strong accounting fundamentals, including debits, credits, journal entries, financial statements, and accounting adjustments.
