JOB DESCRIPTION
- Independently operate and monitor Water system, HVAC and BMS systems
- Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities
- Perform troubleshooting and performance optimization of Water & HVAC systems
- Interpret and implement Water System P&ID, Isometrics, HVAC layouts, P&IDs, and technical drawings
- Monitor and analyze BMS data, alarms, and performance trends
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, logs, and records
- Support qualification, validation, and audit readiness activities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and support vendor execution
- Implement energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives
- Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing programs
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate who have experience in operation and maintenance of HVAC and Water system
Qualification: B.E. Electrical/Mechanical
Experience: minimum 5-6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
