What You Will Own – Your Responsibilities

  • Attendance & Payroll Support – Maintain attendance records and assist with payroll processing.
  • Vendor Coordination – Track vendor services, invoices, and follow-ups.
  • Inventory Management – Monitor office supplies and maintain stock records.
  • Facility Operations – Ensure office cleanliness, maintenance, and workplace readiness.
  • Safety & Compliance – Support safety checks and maintain compliance records.
  • Employee Support – Assist employees with administrative requests and operational queries.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • Experience: 3+ years in HR Operations, Administration, Employee Support, Facility, or Vendor Management.
  • Payroll & Attendance: Basic knowledge of attendance tracking and payroll processes.
  • Vendor Management: Ability to coordinate with vendors and monitor SLA compliance.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization: Strong documentation, coordination, and time-management skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and take timely corrective action.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace, especially Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in payroll, records, invoices, and operational reports.
