Connect2Learn is looking for a Training & Quality Assurance Executive to join our growing team and play a key role in strengthening employee performance, training effectiveness, and service quality.

Position: Training & Quality Assurance Executive

Location: Kolkata – Work From Office

Employment Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Do

• Conduct onboarding, process, product, and refresher training sessions.

• Identify training and performance gaps across teams.

• Monitor calls, customer interactions, and processes to ensure quality standards.

• Conduct regular quality audits and provide constructive, actionable feedback.

• Identify recurring errors, knowledge gaps, and process deviations.

• Work closely with Team Leaders and Managers to improve employee performance.

• Develop and update training materials, SOPs, assessments, and learning resources.

• Conduct role plays, assessments, and knowledge checks.

• Maintain training, quality, and performance records.

• Support coaching and performance improvement initiatives.

• Contribute towards building stronger processes and a continuous learning culture.

Who Can Apply?

We welcome candidates from different industries and professional backgrounds.

Freshers with strong communication and presentation skills

Candidates from Sales, Customer Support, BPO, Renewals, EdTech, Operations, or similar backgrounds

Prior experience in Training or Quality Assurance is an advantage

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to identify gaps and provide meaningful feedback

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing startup environment
