Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world’s largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets. Principal Responsibilities
- Provide sales, administrative and client-servicing support to PRMs.
- Arrange client appointments and support portfolio growth objectives.
- Handle routine client enquiries promptly, resolving them at first contact where possible.
- Support financial reviews, product solutions, sales documentation, data input and reporting.
- Manage the Premier desk when the PRM is unavailable and coordinate with relevant support teams.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-up.
- Assist with Premier events and escalate attrition risks, complaints and complex matters.
- Follow HSBC policies, regulatory requirements and internal controls, including KYC, AML, sanctions, CDD and EDD requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
- Experience in branch banking, customer service, relationship support, wealth management or financial services.
- Good knowledge of retail banking and wealth-management products, systems and processes.
- Strong communication, organisation, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while supporting multiple PRMs.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accurate processing and documentation.
- Understanding of operational risk, compliance, AML, sanctions and customer due-diligence requirements.
- Client-focused, proactive and professional approach.
Additional Notes: Mandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required
