At JLL, we are committed to shaping the future of real estate for a better world. We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Senior Facility Manager to lead integrated facilities management operations for a premier Client account in Chennai.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence across a large corporate workplace environment, ensuring seamless execution of engineering services, workplace operations, housekeeping, security, transport, vendor management, and statutory compliance. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the client, driving service excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives.

As a leader, you will oversee multidisciplinary teams and service partners, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, collaboration, and high performance. This position requires a strategic thinker who can balance day-to-day operations with long-term workplace enhancement initiatives, ensuring an exceptional employee and client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end integrated facilities management operations.
  • Manage soft services, hard services, security, transport, and workplace services delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Drive operational excellence, service innovation, and workplace experience initiatives.
  • Manage vendor performance, contracts, SLAs, and operational budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, environmental, and corporate governance requirements.
  • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement, risk management, and sustainability initiatives.

Key Skills & Experience

  • 8-12+ years of experience in Facilities Management, Workplace Management, or Corporate Real Estate.
  • Proven experience managing large corporate campuses, commercial properties, or integrated facilities portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of soft services, engineering operations, vendor management, and workplace services.
  • Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and client engagement.
  • Experience managing large teams and multiple service partners.
  • Strong commercial acumen with exposure to budgeting, cost control, and contract management.
  • Sound knowledge of statutory compliance, EHS requirements, and risk management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand corporate environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline preferred.
