Your key responsibilities as a Project Coordinator will include:
- Drive data quality and governance across project delivery activities, ensuring project information is accurate, current, and maintained in line with agreed standards.
- Support resource management processes by coordinating resource requests and maintaining accurate allocation and capacity information.
- Produce, analyse, and distribute operational, resource, and management reports to support business decision-making and performance monitoring.
- Act as a central coordination point between Sales, Project Management, Delivery, and Operations teams to ensure adherence to operational processes and standards.
- Identify data quality issues, process gaps, and governance exceptions, coordinating corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, data quality, and overall delivery effectiveness.
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Project Coordinator:
- You will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related discipline.
- You will have 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, operations, resource management, or a similar administrative environment.
- You will have experience working within the fintech or financial services industry.
- You will possess strong analytical, organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- You will have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience using Salesforce; familiarity with project or resource management tools will be advantageous
