Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage collections and recovery for the assigned tractor loan portfolio to minimize delinquency.
- Monitor overdue accounts (30+, 60+, 90+ DPD) and ensure timely recovery.
- Develop and implement effective recovery strategies to achieve monthly collection targets.
- Lead, train, and monitor the performance of field collection executives and recovery agents.
- Conduct customer visits and negotiate repayment plans for delinquent borrowers.
- Coordinate with branch sales, credit, and operations teams to resolve collection-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, company policies, and ethical collection practices.
- Identify high-risk accounts and initiate early intervention to prevent loan defaults.
- Handle legal recovery cases, repossession processes, and coordination with legal teams when required.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities, customer interactions, and recovery status.
- Analyze collection MIS reports and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Reduce bucket-wise delinquency and improve portfolio quality across the assigned area.
- Resolve customer grievances related to loan repayment and recovery activities.
- Coordinate with external agencies, recovery vendors, and legal partners for efficient recoveries.
- Conduct regular field audits to ensure adherence to collection processes and productivity standards.
- Ensure achievement of recovery, roll-back, and NPA reduction targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with branch managers and local stakeholders to support recovery efforts.
