Associate Territory Business Manager

Maximize sales growth within an assigned geographical territory by promoting pharmaceutical products to physicians, hospitals, and healthcare professionals. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, increasing product prescriptions, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Key Responsibilities
- Achieve territory sales targets and activity goals assigned by the reporting manager.
- Conduct doctor calls, sales interviews, pre-call planning, and post-call analysis.
- Promote therapeutic products to healthcare professionals and retail customers.
- Identify and develop target customers within the assigned territory.
- Maintain accurate customer records and daily call reports in CRM/territory management systems.
- Organize CMEs, group meetings, and promotional activities in compliance with regulations.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence updates.
- Maintain technical and product knowledge across assigned therapy areas.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support training initiatives.
- Complete mandatory learning and development programs.
- Report adverse events as per company and regulatory guidelines.
- Represent the company professionally and adhere to pharmaceutical industry code of conduct. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related field.
- Basic understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare market.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to conduct face-to-face product presentations and doctor detailing.
- Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
